Logitech M555B charging dock

Synopsis

Constrution of a charging dock for
a Logitech M555B Bluetooth mouse.

-because it does not have one.

-Project is completed

 

Preping the mouse

Batteries are placed both with the plus side toward rear.

Neodymium magnets are easy to solder. When soldering: do not let them get too hot.
I attached to a wise to keep them cold. Since I currently only had red wire in stock it was marked with black pen to keep track of polarity.

 

Diode 1N4001 place in series in order to prevent the possibility of short circuit if something magnetic gets stuck to the charging port.
