Building a SEAS thor kit, redesigned the outer cabinet, kept the inner dimensions

Cutting and glueing

Following the measurements and then added a compartment underneath
for the filter, MDF 22mm for all.

Upside down and then testfit for the bottom filter hatch

some dampening loosely spray glued to the walls

After cutting and chamfering the outer "layer", glue is added to the inner cabinet.

CASCO® Polyuretan

Using their own weight and some additional cementbags to compress
and set the glue

Combined weight of approx 160kg

Holes to cut

Some measurments and offsets

Some jerry rigging for the overhand cutter for a nice hole edge and then jigsaw for the magnet to drop into.
